Shipping Details
Kaashri customises each of its orders craftly. We are a made to order brand. We do not mass produce and keep our stock ready. Hence, the manufacturing begins once we receive the order.
–> We attempt to ensure that our customers get their ordered product within 15 working days.
–> We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India.
–> You will be informed via email on the day of dispatch with the details of the shipping provider and the tracking id.
–> You will be notified on the day of the delivery to collect your order.
–> We are responsible to deliver the product so due to any scenario if you can not receive the product or product does not reach you. You will be given another piece or full refund will be given, whichever would be applicable.
Reverse Shipping
At Kaashri, we strive to make each order special. We pay special attention to every minute details to get the product ready with a high quality finish. We want to give you a memorable and uplifted experience. But due to any reason if you do not like the fit or finish of the product you can always opt for easy exchange.
–> To initiate the exchange, you should mail us your concern at : kaashribyanupama@gmail.com.
–> We provide provide the reverse pickup in select pin-code. If your address is out of our serviceable reverse pickup pin-code then you will have to ship the product to us directly yourself.
–> Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, If you receive a refund due to a scenario in which we can not provide the exchange, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
–> We will ensure to make the exchanged product reach to your in 15 working days.
–> If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee the fulfillment of shipping service.
