Return
We love what we make. All our pieces are hand dyed and crafted with utmost care. Therefore we do not offer any return or refunds. However, in the unlikely event that something you ordered from our website is damaged or defective, kindly get in touch with us on kaashribyanupama@gmail.com to return the product.
To return the damaged or defective product please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition you received it with original invoice, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please email us on kaashribyanupama@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and return the product within 2 days from the date on which your order was delivered. We will arrange reverse pickup facility.
Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order.
In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
Please note that we do not offer any return or refund on customized pieces.
Exchange
We offer size exchange for all items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn’t fit you, please get in touch with us on kaashribyanupama@gmail.com
However, you will have to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Any later than that will not be entertained by us.
